Some of our Artists are based at their own studios, and some will able to visit you – depending on location, travel expenses may apply.  We will always work with you to find the best option for your particular circumstances. 

We don’t advise having more than one bridesmaid and/or Mother/relative with you. It is important for us to focus on your wishes and make sure we create a look that is perfect for your wedding day. Please do not bring young children with you for trial sessions. We use a lot of heated equipment and products that can be hazardous around small children. In addition, we want your trial session to be carried out in a calm atmosphere where you can totally relax and enjoy the experience of selecting your very special bridal look.

We will work with you to achieve a stunning hair style suitable for your hair type/length/thickness and texture – we can use added hair and padding if necessary.  You’ll be amazed what is possible! Our stylists will look at your dress, your shape, your height and talk about the theme of your wedding to come up with something that’s just perfect for you.

All our Makeup Artists will take the time to talk about your likes and dislikes and your individual make-up look will be designed and applied to suit your skin type, colouring and personal preferences. We work to very high standards and use nothing but the best products for the job.  (Our Artists are all make-up addicts so you can be sure that their favourites will be in line with current trends)

It is advisable that you familiarize yourself with our work portfolio and reviews before booking us, to ensure you are confident that our experience, capabilities and artistic style is appropriate and in line with your own ideas.

We ensure that all our clients are happy with the results of a trial before we finish. However, in the unlikely event that you decide after your trial that you are not satisfied, we’d like you to contact us immediately so that we can talk about further options.

Yes, we can, and regularly use temporary additional hair if needed to achieve amazing results that you’d never know was there.  However, we will never work with extensions that are not 100% real hair.  Please double check this as some sellers are blatantly selling clip-ins and wefts claiming to be real hair, when they are actually synthetic. 

We prefer not to sell products and we are not affiliated with any brand. However, we’d suggest you purchase your own lip colour for touch ups throughout your wedding day and we are happy to provide details of what we have used, or we can order on your behalf.

We are unable to take a wedding booking for a bride who does not want to have a trial session. This is an imperative part of our working procedure and allows client and Stylists/Artists to meet, bond, discuss ideas and expectations and establish what is realistic and what is not.  It also allows us to ensure timings for the wedding day are accurate and the bride is confident with our service and the look she wants to achieve.  If you decide to change your wedding look after your first trial, a second trial will need to be booked with the same charge as your first trial. 

Trials are not necessary for every member of your bridal party but it’s entirely your choice and sometimes it works for a Mum or Bridesmaid to have a trial session at the same time as the Bride.  We do suggest you build a pinterest page for your bridal party looks so our Stylists/Artists are familiar with the type of styling you would like for everyone.  (However, without a trial we cannot accept responsibility if a desired style or look does not meet expectations on the wedding day).

Please ensure your hair is washed thoroughly, the night before your trial session and wedding day. With long hair, please pay particular attention to underneath the hair at the nape area using two shampoos to cleanse the scalp and the hair is ‘squeaky clean’. This is very important as greasy patches or oily hair will significantly affect dry styling and your hairstyle is more than likely to be compromised.   

Please ensure you are wearing no make-up or false lashes (unless lash extensions) and make us aware of any allergies or skin sensitivities you may have before we start.  (It’s really helpful to wear a white/ivory/cream top for your make-up trial – you’ll have a much better idea of how your make-up will look on the day when you’re wearing your wedding dress)

We agree! It is your special look and we don’t want anything to spoil that. We do not show images from trials until after the wedding day and you will not be tagged in any such image on social media but are welcome to tag yourself. 

All payments are the responsibility of the Bride, or named person on the booking form. Balance payment will be required 30 days before the wedding date.  In addition, our minimum booking fee will still apply if you reduce numbers.
